What is the main program you use in Audio Post? I usually use Pro-Tools it does what I need to do, and quickly. I would like to hear from some people who use different software. What do you use for Compositions? Scoring? other then just editing?

I use Acid Pro 7 (been a user since version 2), not only for loop manipulation, but as a VST host for Stylus, Omnisphere, Superior Drummer, etc. For really tricky edits and pitch correction/harmony creation, you can't beat Melodyne Editor, either as a VST or in standalone mode. For POST, I'll pull a mix back into Acid, then run it back out through the Brainworx M/S Eq. I also like Reason for track creation, because its compressors are so ghetto-sounding. I keep T-Racks 2 plugged in almost everywhere, as well, because it is infinitely flexible and useful.

ProTools HD, cubase 4, Wavelab even Logic Pro 8, I don't care, got it all. The point is can you handle the software in an effective way. I learned to use the tool I need to get something easy and quick done. So for me it depends on the job.
